Let Real Property Management Bay State West provide you with peace of mind while you are away from your Western Mass home. Our professional property managers will inspect the inside and outside of your home to ensure your home and belongings are kept safe and secure.

Tenant Replacement Protection

We don’t want you to experience the stress of having a tenant walk away - leaving you with an empty property, no rent, and the expense of finding a new tenant. If we place a tenant with you and that tenant vacates your property in less than six months, we will place a new qualified tenant at no additional cost.

Rented in 29 Days Plan

We understand how important turnaround is to you and your bottom line. If we don’t rent your property in 29 days or less (when following the recommendations of your Real Property Management team), you will receive a discount on your first month’s management fee.
